 April, I got a serviceberry right outside my front door. Can never enter again without thinking of your prose. MV is in good hands. I miss ypu.

 I had never heard of it. I got curious as to the flavor of the berries and searched the web. Apparrently the berries taste like pears.

 to tell the truth April, I'm not sure they bloom in my part of the country. If so, perhaps under a different name...but I don't think I've ever heard of that variety of flower.

 I never heard of these berries either.

 I was just going over some older posts and came across a remark you made.
