All this water and not a drop to drink

I have been on about this is the past, but just to re-state my thoughts on this diversion of funds and personal time. I have yet, in all my time on this site to connect with anyone. I don't ever expect to. I know I;m far from being the best looking guy on this site, but I'm real. I don't pretend, maybe that is my achilles heel.

My needs are simple. Someone that I find smart, attractive, and funny to go have fun with. No expectations of sex, relationship, or anything more than to spend 50 dollars winning a 3 dollar stuffed animal. Some good conversation over a couple cups of coffee, or just sitting next to someone at the movies. Life sucks when you are going through it by yourself ya know. I see amazing things all the time, have mini-adventures on a weekly basis but noone knows about it unless I write about it. Noone can say "Oh yeah that was the funniest thing ever!"

I have put myself out there, tried this way and that way, nothing. So I view this as more of an exercise in futility, but with nothing else to do it's a way to kill time.

There are three methods to consider; selling yourself by enhancing the positives, or the positives that will attract the women you want, by being yourself, which isn't a good choice if you're a negative person, or by keeping a bottle of chloroform and a rag in your pocket.

Ok, I'm not the best source for this info, since I'm not female, but seriously, you have to stand out. Women here are WAY outnumbered and are flooded with come-ons every damn day. Being 'average' doesn't get you laid.
