Rope play/bondage  (Lori hard at work) I have come to love rope play rather late in my sex life. Sure, over the years I played around with some/various light bondage but I was never really serious about it. It's only been over the past 10 years or so that I've developed a true love of rope play. That change can be directly traced to my friend 'Lori' and her incredible obsession with bondage in general and Shibari specifically. Shibari is a Japanes type of rope play which elevates bondage to an actual art form. VIrtually everything I know has come from Lori in one way or the other. She is a total 'Pro' and is totally serious in her practice of<b> rope bondage. </font></b>She has become so very good at it that she's now invited to conferences and various bondage clubs to hold both seminars and demonstration scenes. She also attends and has been holding classes up in Chicago at Shibari-Con every year. (Shibari-Con is the largest bondage conference in the US and it's held every spring in Chicago) For me, it's not so much the 'power shift' that happens with rope play as it is in fact the art itself that draws me and turns me on so MUCH especially when I can couple it with my love of erotic photography. Oh and the sex of course! LOL I LOVE the whole ACT of binding up my lovers, it can be SO erotic and it is such a turn on. I'm typically naked when we're doing it, although, not always and I can tell you from my own experience that it's an incredible way to get to know your lovers body. The sex we have is typically 'super-charged' not so much because I'm so turned on but typically because my lover is so turned on, ready and willing as well. In this respect, rope play can definitely be seen as a form of foreplay and I utilize it exactly in that manner. There is in fact such a thing as a 'rope slut' and please note, I use that term in the best POSSIBLE way. I LOVE true rope sluts and their affinity to the ropes. They get SO turned on by being bound and then, after removing the ropes, the bliss that comes over them is really something to see. I know that some of you gals who read my blog are true rope sluts and I'd LOVE to hear from you. Please share your view point and thoughts on why you love being bound so much and that 'bliss' I'm talking about afterwards. I just love this tie...
