Glasses...

Glasses... I never used to need glasses but when I started High School I noticed I could not read the board when in class unless I sat right at the front(and I'm no geek...well actually I am a little bit but u know what I mean). So I got my first pair of glasses, and since then I've had to have them strengthened twice. I now cannot not wear them...having had to do it for the first time today at work I was scared out of my mind, I realised I didnt have them on 2 mintues after I had set off to work. I could hardly see the road, dangerous I know but I was already late so could not go back! At work I was squinting constantly and it hurt my eyes like hell!  A friend of mine came in to see me, she was waving at me from across the shop and I couldnt make her out! I just walked away and felt terrible when she told me about it later that day!I love my glasses, I wear the thick rimmed rectangular shaped glasses that u often see in the specsavers adverts(UK visitors will understand that reference)! I have a black pair, a purple pair and prescription sunglasses that stay in my car at all times! So my question is: Do u find glasses horrible or sexy? Thanks as always, Darla   |

Well the ones in the picture on you would be sexy. But there are a few that I find a turn off. But in general I dont find glasses to be either. i find them horrible to wear, so i go with contacts, but on the right girl i find them incredibly sexy----i gotta thing for the naughty librarian type, i guess lets see a pic of you in glasses miss d!!

it depends on the style of the frame, but for the most part i find glasses very sexy

I wouldn't find them horrible, and I don't think I would them such on a gal like you. Though I do wonder whether your migraines connect into your eyesight here. Have you had migraine headaches longer than you've had your eyesight problems?

Glasses are ok, and if you need them for driving better wear them. I can't say if they are sexy, unless I see the woman who wears them... wink! oh, by the way do you like mine????

I don't mind if someone is wearing them. Although sometimes you see a person and think change you frame. I need them myself only for reading and don't mind _ _ _ _ _ it's better to live and do the things today than to be sorry tomorrow

definitely sexy. i do think eyes can be powerfully sexy and the right pair of glasses is a great bonus. no offence intended but i gotta ask, did Mr Tennant's portrayal of Yhe Doctor influence your choice? Excelsior! Linton

Hmmm.... I've placed an order for a book through my library that interests me, (because of some people I know) called Three Minutes to a Pain-Free Life . Amongst other things, it recommends an exercise that can be done on your chest for migraines. If I track the book down, I will share with you what it recommends, and you can try for yourself and see if it helps. I really appreciate that!Darla
