Yes I made a sleeve...it's sort of a cross between a cock pump and a fleshlight. I used an empty clear plastic silicone cartridge. I'd used all the silicone and removed the plunger section (by poking a steel rod into the cut tip/nozzle end of the cartridge. I glued a length of pvc tubing over the nozzle end, and i put a valve (an inline tap used in domestic irrigation applications) in the tube, which i leave almost fully closed.
