Etiquette Ok i know it has been said before by numerous people including me, but it bears repeating because it's pretty important. Guys, there is an etiquette to sites like Polyamory Date, a method to the madness it you will, that will make interaction with women a hell of a lot less of an ordeal all round, i apologize in advance for the generalizations. 1) Realise that women on sex sites, dating sites, chat sites... hell every site other than knitting sites are going to be outnumbered by men at least ten to one, it's probably more like fifty to one but i don't have any actual figures in front of me so lets be conservative and assume ten to one. Now, given that men are much more likely than women to send a message to some random stranger just on the offchance of getting a response it means that the average women on these sites is getting anywhere between a dozen to a hundred messages a day from blokes just like you, so even if she makes a special effort to reply to everyone you are unlikely to get an immediate reply. That doesn't mean she should be torn a new asshole for being rude by not replying to you instantly because you are obviously so fucking special that she should be grateful for the interest and immediately drop to her back with parted legs in the air. If that is what you are expecting then there are special people with nice wraparound jumpers and padded rooms available to help 24/7, i suggest that you avail yourself of their services. 2) Realise that most messages women receive probably say exactly the same thing... "Nice tits, you look like a real slut, do you take it up the arse? Swallow?" Now i will admit there are women out there who enjoy dirty talk, even some of the rare and mystical ones who want to be treated like cum-buckets, but even they would probably prefer to get a "Hello" first. Is that how you would strike up a conversation at the coffee machine at work? on the bus? Would you laugh off anyone talking to your mother/sister/ that way? No? Then why is it okay for you? Just because they are on a sex site does not mean they are whores. 3) Realise that just because you are on a sex site catering to your specific interest that does not mean the woman you are sending a cock pic to is on the same site, there are innocuous sister sites and she may be on one of those and so likely to be quite shocked about graphic depictions of what you would like to do to her arse with a bucket of soapy water and a bicycle pump. 4) Realise that most women will have filters in place specifically because of the number of "I'd love to cum in your arse" messages they receive from blokes who couldn't be further from what the woman stated she was looking for in the profile that you didn't bother to read, so chances are she didn't even see your message and has no idea that you exist at all, this does not mean she is being rude and should be the target of a hate campaign, it means you should target your efforts rather than shotgunning your "Suck my cock" message to every woman currently drawing breath. If you want to be noticed, to stand out from the crowd then you should say something noticable and not merge into the background hum of tedious dick pics and monosyllabic invites to drink your jizz. 5) Realise that if by some miracle a woman does actually reply to you to say "Thanks for the interest but you are not what i am looking for" this does not constitute a personal attack on you, nor it it depriving you of the shag that the website guaranteed you when you signed up, women are allowed to say no, you don't get both votes. 6) Realise that when you go into a chat room with your cock on cam and immediately hit on every woman there one by one and ask them to go private with you with the exact same words that this will not endear you to any of them, especially the ones at the bottom of the list who are pissed at not being given the chance to say no sooner. I know where is nothing earth-shatteringly revelatory there, it's all pretty much common sense stuff that should be obvious with even the most casual thought, it's amazing the number of people who don't give it that thought though, and then whine about how these places are bullshit. You get out what you put in, if you aren't willing to expend the effort then stick to the cards in telephone boxes as those services seem to be more what you are actually looking for. |
