Reality, fantasy, or what ?

We all know people may use this place for many different reasons. Maybe an ego boost, a fantasy, an outlet, a little scam, a business, an escape, a distraction, the blogs, the cams, or even to meet others !
I remember one of my friends, who returned from a Mexican holiday, with photos of him swimming with dolphins making a profile on a dating site, using those photos, claiming he was a<b>... dolphin </font></b>trainer ! I do not know how successful he was and if anyone believed him.
Out of all the people you have met, or just interacted with, in here, which category would you put the majority, if you could ? Please tell me some of the extreme cases, as well. You know, from that bloke who claims to be 6'3'' and he is really only 5' 2'', to that woman who always cancels in the last minute. From the ones who use a photo from 1999 on their profile, to the ones who will ask you to join their website for a fee. Everyone does whatever they like, and I am not judging, just like to know. Thanx for reading.

 I only interact with bloggers, so I can't say anything about the rest of this place.
I have to say... I find many bloggers here not so friendly. . Not bad, but just not so friendly.

Hi goodatpoetry! I think you play safe, or safer with the bloggers anyway. I see blogging like some sort of driving. Everyone thinks they are a best driver, sometimes too easy to point fingers to others. Many many women take the teachers position, the presidential seat on their blog, and come in only to point out mistakes on others views or profiles, or ridicule bad messages. Or constant ranting, this is no good, that is wrong, this is stupid, and you are all bellow me, because ME, ME, ME...
I enjoy the interaction with others, and I am interested in a different point of view. For some though, debate, is a conversation where I speak, and everyone else just agrees! And when someone disagrees, they get that old......"and you come into MY blog and said this or that? How dare you",like as if the blog is some sort of holy place, where only agreeing with the poster is allowed. I try to go in and leave a comment in all sorts of peoples posts, when I get my head chopped off, on a reply, I try once more. If they bite my head off again, is goodbye! And of course, sometimes, bloggers are just too easy to upset, too jumpy and ready for a fight! Like Bonnie Tyler said......We're living in a powder keg and giving off sparks! Thanx for finding this post at the bottom of my basket, and popping by!
