Best Friends Forever

Let me tell you about a great girl.
Who is the best friend in the world.
She's pretty, caring, and kind.
And I'm proud to say we're best friends for life.
I couldn't imagine my life without her.
When I'm feeling down.
She makes me smile instead of frown.
I tell her "love you like a sister."
And when we're apart, I really miss her.
When we were younger no one could separate us, no matter how hard they would try.
Now I sit alone and cry.
Because sometimes she feels like a stranger to me.
Losing her would be like losing a part of me.
But I hope we'll be best friends forever.
That's how long I want us to be together.
I don't want us to ever drift apart.
We'll always be best friends in my heart.

I'll love you till the end of time.
Even though I'll never be able to call you mine.
I know you won't return how I feel.
You won't believe that my love for you is real.
You'll call it an obsession, a crush.
And it'll hurt me so much.
