Not tonight I'm on my pyramid

The punchline is free but the set-up is going to cost you .

No me hagas enfadar , no te va a gustar cuando este enfadado

When I was a my favorite superhero was the Incredible Hulk . As I got older I drifted away from the Hulk because while there are some really good Hulk stories he's a pretty limited character (like the Superman) and it all becomes pretty repetitive after a while (most things do after 50 years) . He's not even really a "hero" so much as a walking disaster (FEMA probably hates the Hulk) .

One funny thing about the Hulk is that Stan Lee said he's based on Frankenstein and Adam (Frankenstein's monster) only in the same person . Which to me sounds more like Jekyll and Hyde but whatever . I think the Hulk persists in culture because unless you're a hippy anger is something that fascinates us . We feel sympathy for Bruce Banner because he's struggling with internal conflict that can only end badly , but secretly we revel the destruction he causes when he loses control and becomes the Hulk . Who wouldn't want to occasionally turn into an indestructible monster and reap vengeance on the world at large ? Maybe Brad Pitt , he seems like he's had a pretty sweet life , but the rest of us probably would like to Hulk out once in our lives .

In the Ultimates there's a line I think they stole for one of the Hulk movies "When I can't fight it anymore , when it takes over , when I totally lose control . . . I like it ."

I think that's a relatable feeling for most people .

Also the internets tell me The Hulk , especially his alter-ego Bruce Banner , is also a common reference in music ; which is kind of weird . Those wacky rappers , they'll about anything .

In other news this morning I felt a cool soft rain falling gently on my naked buttocks . It was a sweet reminder of the simple pleasures in life . I almost wrote a poem about it . Then I remembered poems are dumb .

I believe things . Some times people ask me about those things . Why I don't know . Morbid curiosity I guess . One of said things is that people are nearly so unique as we're lead to believe . Specifically I have always maintained that with the excessive number of people in the world today there's probably 8-12 people out there who look exactly like you . Turns out some dude in Switzerland agrees with me . The theory goes that there are only a certain number of combinations of particles possible . Give a room full of a set of five LEGO blocks and a few of them are going to wind up building the same thing - there are only so many ways they can fit together . Everything in our world is just LEGO structures made of tiny particles . There's only so many possible combinations and in a large enough universe , all those bits are inevitably going to wind up in the same place again and create another you .

His prediction is that your double lives about 10 to the 1028 meters away (or farther than you could travel by bus). Meters , silly Europeans (and everyone else) .

Speaking of tiny particles there's a British dude who states that we're living in virtual reality (but not the Matrix because that was dumb) . If we are actually living in a computer simulation then our universe should have a "resolution" ; there should be a limit to how small something can be , just like nothing can be smaller than the pixels on your computer screen .

And there is . It's called the Greisen-Zatsepin--Kuzmin or GZK limit. It's about as technical as you'd expect for something with that many hyphens and consonants and some think it might be the first evidence that the world around us is made up of artificial bits created by some other intelligence . The idea is that we have the ability and the inclination to build our own simulated realities as evidenced by everything made in the last ten years . Thus it's inevitable that we'll build our own fully realized virtual world one day when our level of technology allows it . That simulation will continue to grow in realism and complexity until one day it will have its own civilization , who will want to build a simulation of their own , and so on to infinity (and beyond) . The end result being there's no way of knowing if we're not already in one such simulation . But the question is , does it matter ? Does our life gain or lose any meaning from such Solipsism ?

And finally , did you know that there are forms of electromagnetic radiation so powerful they can turn energy into matter ? That's pretty messed up .

Putting first by putting employees first, immediately after prioritizing fiscal responsibilities and leveraging profitability towards exceeding by empowering our employees to put (and themselves) first, in a diverse and respectful environment of only those that come first, first.

Anwar Sadat saved Lou Ferrigno's life once. And one of the reasons vampires are so popular is that they can be so badass. Okay, a cross, holy water, sunlight and stakes you have to worry about, other than that you're just about indestructible. I'm surprised ghosts aren't more popular. Not like a poltergeist, but like in the movie Ghost, when he is annoying Whoopi Goldberg into compliance. Movies where the ghosts try to kill people don't really make much sense. You're a ghost and you kill me. Okay, now I'm a ghost too and I can kick your ass for killing me!

Physicists like nit-picky particles, a unit of time is a cronon, the time it takes for a light particle to cross an electron.

Better to be naked in the rain than naked in the snow, shrinkage factor.
