 There is absolutely nothing wrong with saying “fuck it”, venting, or avoiding shit by going on a walk. In fact, some times that is the BEST response. And then, in a day or two / week or two / whatever, you can come back to it all with a refreshed mind, and tackle what needs to be tackled.
